Gentle long strokes, with a light to medium pressure, that encourage lymph flow and relax tension and tightness.  As the body goes into a deeper state of relaxation, the mind quiets, and stress and anxieties are often replaced with a sense of peace and inner calm. Comes with Infrared Therapy and Heat Pack on the back. 

Slow strokes and deeper pressure work to release contracted areas of muscles and surrounding tissue. May target specific areas for trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Customizable to include focus on specific areas of the body; or Relaxation/Swedish massage with very deep pressure. Includes Infrared Therapy and Heat Pack on the back. 

Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of the body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.  Relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Also referred to as Post/Op Massage. Helpful following Lipo, Includes Infrared and Heat Pack.

This is a specialized service in which an infrared tool is used to perform massage on specific areas of the body, to unlock areas of deep muscular tension. Very helpful for encouraging lymph flow. Clients report positive results with this powerful massage unique to our practice. Helpful after Lipo Procedures, or to unlock Deep Muscular Tension.

A wonderful relaxation experience for Moms to be.  This massage utilizes a body pillow so clients can lay on their side, instead of going face up or face down. Includes full body relaxation massage techniques to help relieve stress and tension in the body. Post-Natal Massage also available. 

This is a wonderful experience, side by side massages performed in the same room. This intimate setting can be a nice way for couples to relax, or a way for family and friends to enjoy their massages while in the same room together.  Heated Infrared Jade Stone Tables, in a tranquil environment.

Performed by a physical therapist, provides deep heating to soft tissues in the body.  Used for treating chronic pain and promoting tissue healing to promote healing, decrease pain, reduce swelling, remodel scar tissue, and decrease inflammation. May assist with both acute and chronic conditions, and areas of deep tightness in the body. 

A whole body massage consisting of a combination of techniques, depending on what your body needs; designed to address specific issues. Includes additional modalities such as stretching or cupping.  Extra focus on specific areas such as neck/traps, or lower back, or other areas of request. Includes Infrared Therapy and Heat Pack.

This is a specialty massage performed by a licensed physical therapist, integrating multiple modalities, including trigger point, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and other specialized physical therapy techniques for areas of tension in the body. May focus on specific areas, or include whole body. Includes Infrared Therapy and Heat Pack on the back. 

This is our relaxation massage, with upgrades to include hot packs on the back and feet, and hot stones that are integrated into the massage. The heated stones help relax tight muscles and tissues, and provide a deep sense of relaxation to the nervous system. Includes Infrared Therapy. This is the Ultimate Relaxation Experience!

Specific treatment modalities targeted to the functional problem(s) or diagnosis provided by the client's primary licensed physician.  Including but not limited to carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, herniated discs, headaches, plantar fascitis, strains/sprains, pain, sports injuries, etc. Inccludes Infrared Therapy and Heat Pack on the back.

This is a customized session that includes a variety of techniques or therapies performed by an advanced practitioner. Sessions are customized to each client depending on specific needs and may include infrared massage, stretching, cold laser, slide cupping, percussion, ultrasound, physical therapy, deep tissue, and various massage tools and modalities. 

Private Yoga/Meditation Available, instructed by Stacy Goleburn, who is Certified in Yin Yoga. Stacy is a Physical Therapist who specializes in custom massage therapy sessions. She is a certified Meditation and Yoga Instructor, and Graduate of the Clairvoyant Center of Chicago. A wonderful session for those looking to be more flexible or relaxed in their lives.
